Radical Fields develops projects that take many forms — from street activations and artist residencies to land art, performance, workshops, and public interventions.
Projects begin with artists spending time in place, working through research, conversation, and collaboration. This can lead to land-based works developed with local farmers, temporary installations, community murals, performances, or gatherings — and sometimes outcomes that remain less fixed.
Social engagement is part of the structure. Workshops, community dialogue, and artist-led activity shape how work is made and experienced, creating shared moments rather than passive encounters.
No single format defines the program.
Each project responds to its context, using whatever form it needs to — opening up new ways of experiencing art in everyday regional life.
