Radical Fields works through a growing network of artists, community groups, organisations, and local participants. Our projects are developed in collaboration with the people already connected to place — from farmers and makers to schools, cultural groups.

This approach builds a shared authorship across the program. Artists bring ideas and practices, while communities contribute local knowledge, skills, and lived experience. Together, this shapes how projects form, where they take place, and how they are experienced. Across residencies, workshops, public works, and seasonal programs, these relationships continue to expand — forming an active and evolving cultural field.
